5 Foods and Recipes and we all know and love.

High Protein Vegetarian Foods

Having just been married for almost 2 weeks, my new wife takes the time to poor out her knowledge about foods to me.   Lately I have been getting highly acquainted to Kale.   Kale is considered a "super food".   Meaning is it great for you in many ways.    Beans have been a part of my diet as well.  Almonds are a great snack for the person who is "on the go".   I didn't realize that ginger was good for you as well.  It's amazing the things that happen when you get married.   All of the sudden you welcome change for the better.

Tuna Steak Recipe

I have always had tuna as a child.  I still have it from time to time.   My mother had a specific Tuna Steak recipe that she cooked from time to time.   Whenever I eat tuna fish, I usually doctor it up with green onions, mayonase and a little black pepper.   I remember back when I was younger mom would make Tuna dishes, 1 of the dishes I remember most was tuna Caserole.   On occassions we would eat this with some trimmings like potatoes and a vegetable.    I definately miss those days.  I think i will have my wife call me to see if we can get the recipe!

Baked Cod Recipes

I cannot remember alot of experiences I have had eating Cod.   I have inserted some pictures of Baked Cod Recipes that I feel will be helpful to the reader.   When I use to live the the Southern California area we would fish off of Newport Beach Pier.  We would catch Macrel, Halibut, Sea Bass and from time to time we would catch Squid.   Cod was 1 of the fish that me and my cousin didn't focus on.

Boneless Pork Loin Recipes - Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

Growing up in a family full of Southern Cooks I was always introduced to new and interesting recipes.  Pork was not a stranger to us in the Harris Family.   Pork Loin Recipes were very common in our family.   You see, when growing up with my family, me and my cousins were always hanging out with one another.  Grandma and all my aunts would always cook something with pork in it on a weekly basis.  At times they would cook Pork Tenderloin in a crockpot.   If you cook this overnite, you were guaranteed a happy stomach the next morning.
